Today was my first time visiting the place, and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. When I walked in, theres this guy standing at the counter and I said Hi, the guy barely acknowledged me. He slammed his hand on the counter and rudely told me they were closing in less than 10 minutes. I asked about hours for the tomorrow , and he curtly replied, '10 to 6.' Well, maybe he was mad about me coming in late when itβs about to close but like I saidβ itβs my first time there I didnβt know that they about to close.

Wow. Thatβs honestly all I can say. Weβve shopped here a lot over time, and I usually find something for my collection... but after today, I wonβt be returning because of the owner and staff. The customer service was unbelievably rude and aggressive. At checkout, my partner was quickly inspecting one item and the cashier bluntly yelled, βSO ARE YOU READY TO CHECK OUT?β even though we were clearly in the process of checking out. He aggressively ripped tags off items and opened sealed bags like it didnβt matter, which is wild when people are buying collectible or fragile items. We also purchased a larger furniture piece and my partner barely got a question out before being cut off and shouted at: βNO.β We asked if we could exit through the nearby glass door since the piece was right next to it (and we were parked around the block). A simple βnoβ wouldβve been fine, but the eye-rolling and attitude were unnecessary. To make it worse, they didnβt offer a bag, box, or any help, even though we had multiple glass items. I had to focus on carrying everything safely, so I couldnβt help my partner move the furniture. The owner was standing around talking, blocking the hall, and when my p

I love visiting the store! They are so friendly! When I was about to leave, I was asked if I was seeking a particular item? As a matter of fact, I told them about 3 o4 four things I wanted. I was asked to write them down, and the man told me he would look in storage. I love it when ppl communicate with me as a customer! I told them that I was glad they asked!

I absolutely love coming here for my thrifting needs. They even helped me load up some of my heavy furniture! I am going to end up spending my entire stimulus check here. Oh. And I have to find more help to bring the furniture into my house because it's too wide to wheel it in by itself. πΆ
